RemakeMe is an AI-powered image editing application that allows users to voluntarily upload images in order to perform features such as Face Swap and other image editing functions.

2. Face Data and Uploaded Images

RemakeMe allows users to voluntarily upload images that may contain human faces in order to use the Face Swap functionality. These images are used solely to perform the face-swap operation requested by the user.

The uploaded image may contain the user's own face or another image that the user has the appropriate rights or permission to use.

We do not use uploaded face images or face data for user identification, authentication, advertising, marketing, tracking, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

Uploaded images are transmitted to our backend server infrastructure for processing and are retained temporarily for a maximum of three days (72 hours). After this period, the uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted from our server infrastructure.

Uploaded images may be deleted earlier when they are no longer required for processing or delivery of the requested functionality.

We do not retain face data indefinitely and do not create or maintain biometric identifiers, faceprints, biometric templates, permanent facial profiles, facial identity databases, or similar biometric databases.

Face data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks, analytics providers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

3. What Face Data Does RemakeMe Process?

RemakeMe does not collect or create biometric identifiers, faceprints, biometric templates, or facial information for the purpose of identifying or authenticating an individual.

To provide the Face Swap feature, the application processes images voluntarily uploaded by users that may contain human faces.

Facial information contained in an uploaded image is processed only to perform the image transformation specifically requested by the user.

4. How We Use Face Data

Face data contained in uploaded images is used exclusively to provide user-requested image editing functionality, including the Face Swap feature.

We do not use face data to:

  • Identify a person;
  • Authenticate a person;
  • Create a biometric identity;
  • Create permanent facial profiles;
  • Track users across applications or websites;
  • Build advertising profiles;
  • Deliver personalized advertising;
  • Conduct marketing activities;

5. Face Data Storage

6. Face Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded images containing faces are retained for a maximum of three days (72 hours).

At the end of this retention period, the uploaded images are automatically and permanently deleted from our server infrastructure.

Face data is not retained indefinitely.

We do not separately retain biometric identifiers, faceprints, biometric templates, or permanent facial profiles derived from uploaded images.

7. Sharing of Face Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose face data to third parties for their independent advertising, marketing, profiling, tracking, or analytics purposes.

Uploaded images may be processed using server or infrastructure service providers acting on our behalf when technically necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Such service providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide technical infrastructure or processing services on our behalf and are not permitted to use face data for their own advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

8. Other Uploaded Images

Images that do not contain faces may also be uploaded when using certain image editing functionality.

These images are processed only for the feature requested by the user and are not used to create advertising profiles or identify users.

Unless otherwise required for a specific feature, uploaded image files are subject to the same temporary retention practices described above and are automatically deleted within a maximum of three days.

9. Purpose of Processing Uploaded Content

User-uploaded content is processed only for legitimate application functionality requested by the user, including:

Purchases made through the iOS application are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card details.

We may receive limited transaction information, such as subscription status or purchase entitlement, when necessary to activate and manage paid features.

Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

If technical analytics or diagnostic services are used to improve app performance, such services are not provided with uploaded facial images for their independent use.

RemakeMe does not automatically access or upload all photos stored on a user's device.

Users voluntarily choose which image they want to process using the application's image-selection functionality.

Only the images selected by the user for a requested operation are transmitted for processing.

17. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

Users should only upload images that they own or have permission and appropriate rights to use.

Users must not use RemakeMe to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or other applicable rights.

18. Data Deletion Requests

Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers within a maximum of three days as described in this Privacy Policy.
